I just wanted to dedicate a post to my grandad Alfred. He's 89 years old and is training for his second Vancouver Sun run. He also carried the Olympic torch this year.
On another note, he was super awesome growing up. He taught me to play poker and always made sure I knew how lovely and wonderful I was. Grandad Alfred never is too busy to enjoy the natural beauty of simple things, like a sunset over the beach or the laughter of his loved ones.
